We offer FREE shipping within the UAE. All orders are delivered within 48 hours.
Delivery times outside of Dubai will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7 working days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE: During sale periods shipping charges may occur. Additional charges and timing will be shown at the checkout.
www.DesertRiver.shop will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
For international shipping, please contact us, so we can calculate the shipping costs.
Please note: International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your local government and are separate from our shipping fees.

If you would like to try before you buy you are more than welcome to visit our showroom in Al Quoz. Please select "collection at showroom" from the delivery options at checkout to pick up your confirmed order.

All prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be credited via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.
How to return your item:
Email us at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you wish to return an order/item.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused with proof of purchase to our warehouse.
- Shipments back to us must be organized at your cost, including any taxes, duties or fees.
- Items should be adequately packed. We are not responsible for any damages or losses when items are returned.
- After inspecting the item, you will be issued a credit note to use online or in our showroom. (Please allow up to 7 days to process your credit note)
For international orders, only the product value will be refunded, and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item.
Our delivery team will collect large furniture items on a mutually agreed time and date.
Returning sale or special order items:
Unfortunately, items on sale (discounted) Special order or customized/made to order cannot be returned.
Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will exchange your item/s for you. Email us within 48 hours at: orders@DesertRiver.com with your order number to confirm you have received an incorrect or defective item.
Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
