Washing Instructions
Machine-washable: The fabric part of the hammock chair can be removed and machine- washed: delicate cycle 30°C!Bind the suspension cords together before washing to avoid tangling.
Do not tumble dry! In order to preserve your product, line dry. Do not machine dry.
Care Instructions:
Protect from abrasion: Ensure that your hammock swings freely and does not rub on the ground.
Keep dry during winter: We recommend cleaning and thoroughly drying the hammock before the winter season. After it is completely dried, store the hammock away.
Warranty:
All LA SIESTA's products are subject to the standard factory guarantee period of 12 months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note we cannot replace, repair or reimburse in cases of incorrect maintenance or wear and fading due to intensive outdoor use, such as products being left permanently in the summer sun. Even outdoor products should be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun, when not in use.

Fixation: In order to hang a hammock chair, a suspension point is necessary from either a ceiling, a tree limb, or a beam. A hammock chair is more space-saving than a hammock and is easy to integrate into living quarters. It can be removed in one simple step when no longer needed. |

Required space: The installation of a hammock chair requires a suspension height of 200-220 cm, depending on the model. If the suspension is from a higher point, the hammock chair can be extended with a rope. |

Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value.
Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
